Welcome to Training Logger, developed by Elmvick. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Data

If you sign in with Google or email, we collect your display name, email address, and unique ID to identify your account.

b) App Usage Data

We collect non-personal statistics such as workout counts, duration, and screen activity to improve functionality. Anonymous analytics are processed through Firebase Analytics.

c) Device Data

We may receive general device information (model, OS version, language, country) to ensure compatibility. For analytics and measurement purposes, certain SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics) may also access an advertising identifier provided by the operating system. This identifier is used only in aggregate for app performance and usage measurement and is not used to display ads or track users across apps.

d) Subscription Data

If you purchase a subscription (Pro Basic / Pro Plus), billing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store Billing. We do not store or process credit-card information.

e) AI Data

If you use ElmvickAI, messages you send are processed by OpenAI GPT-5 to generate responses. Conversation data may be temporarily stored to deliver context but is never sold or used for advertising.

f) Health and Fitness Data

If you grant permission through Android Health Connect, Training Logger may access certain fitness data such as:

Health data is accessed strictly with your explicit permission and is used solely to provide fitness tracking features inside the app. Training Logger does not sell, share, or transfer this health data to third parties.

Health data is stored locally on your device and may be included in your personal training history if you enable cloud synchronization. You may revoke Health Connect permissions at any time through your device settings.
